Moving from free-standing location data & analytics apps to Location intelligence embedded in CRM and enterprise apps  is part of that evolution.

I see this as far more than being able to target personalised smartbot conversations when consumers are in ar near specific locations.  It could also revolutionise call centres so consumers can have personal conversations with real people about important matters.
