CONGRATULATIONS - "MogIA " is now on a roll, having correctly predicted the results of the past four US elections whilst pundits and experts generally held Clinton as the likely winner.
Backs up an earlier blog of mine to show the right data is more important than new algorithms.
Machine learning will prove better at prediction where the right (and complete) data points are analysed and peoples biases are ignored.
And the inherent flaw of most experts and pundits is that they do not use apply that principle and are more interested in their pet ideas. Research has shown that their predictions are worse than those of chimpanzees throwing darts at a dartboard.
"While most algorithms suffer from programmers'/developers' biases, MoglA aims at learning from her environment, developing her own rules at the policy layer and develop expert systems without discarding any data," Sanjiv Rai, the founder of Indian start-up Genic.ai, which developed MogIA, told CNBC.
